We dispatch from a climate-controlled US fulfillment center with a 2:00 PM PT cut-off on business days. Everything ships tracked, and everything ships discreet.

Dispatch Cut-off
Orders placed and verified before 2:00 PM PT, Monday to Friday, are picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a weekend or public holiday, dispatch on the next business day.
Age verification must be complete for an order to move to picking. If verification is pending, the clock starts when it clears.
Free Shipping
Standard tracked shipping is automatically free on orders of $500 or more. The discount applies at checkout with no code required. Overnight express is not included in the free shipping threshold.
Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value is $120.00. Orders below this threshold cannot be processed and will not be dispatched. This threshold exists because of carrier handling costs on small parcels, not as an upsell tactic.
Where We Ship
We ship to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada. Coverage is subject to jurisdiction screening — we do not ship to states, provinces or municipalities where 7-hydroxymitragynine products are prohibited. See 7-OH Laws: USA & Canada for how to confirm your position.
We do not currently ship outside the United States and Canada.
Discreet Packaging
Every order leaves in plain, unbranded outer packaging — a plain corrugated box or padded mailer with no botanical branding, no product names and no category descriptors on the exterior label.
The return address is a neutral commercial address. Your bank or card statement descriptor does not reference kratom, 7-OH or botanical extracts. Read more about our approach in Discreet Packaging for 7OH Online Orders.
Tracking
Every shipment receives full postal tracking. Tracking details are emailed as soon as the label is generated, and the same information is available in your account under My Account. Tracking can take a few hours after dispatch to show its first scan.
Delivery Problems
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, check with neighbours and your local depot first — most “delivered not received” cases resolve within 24 hours. If it does not, contact us with your order number and we will open a carrier trace.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before opening it fully and contact us the same day. See the Refund & Returns Policy for what qualifies for replacement.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it is with the carrier, and parcels returned as undeliverable due to an address error may be subject to a reshipping fee.
Weather and Carrier Delays
Transit windows are estimates, not guarantees. Severe weather, carrier backlogs and holiday volumes can extend them. Where a delay affects a large number of orders we post a notice on this page.
